Do I need an account?
No. Everything works without one. Sign in only if you want a cloud backup to move to a new phone.
How do backups work?
Profile → Backup. Choose a passphrase; your backup is encrypted with it on the phone. On a new phone, sign in with the same account and enter the same passphrase to restore. Without the passphrase the backup cannot be opened, and we cannot reset it.
Reminders don't arrive
Check that notifications are allowed for Ebbly (Android Settings → Apps → Ebbly → Notifications), and set the app's battery use to "Unrestricted". Ebbly checks renewals once a day, so a reminder can arrive a few hours after your chosen time on a phone that saves battery aggressively.
Exchange rates look off
Rates come from published reference rates, refreshed about once a week, and can differ from the rate your bank uses. You can refresh them in Settings.
How do I restore Pro on a new phone?
Sign in to Google Play with the account you bought Pro with, then open Ebbly Pro and tap Restore.
How do I redeem a code?
Profile → Ebbly Pro → Have a redeem code?, or redeem it directly in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions → Redeem code.
How do I cancel Pro?
Play Store → profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ebbly → Cancel. Pro stays until the end of the paid period, and none of your data is removed. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
How do I delete my data?
